wimdu review for gironalet apartment

We had a great time in Girona, mainly because the apartment was so comfertable to stay with this group of friends in reunion. Liza gave us a very welcom feeling and the apartement was what we needed. Despite of the weather we had a great time. Lovely beds, enough room to do you own thing and a big table for discussions and games. Thanks for your hospitality. 5 women who studied together 25 years ago and still see eachother twice a year. Jannie, Heleen, Annemieke, Nellie, Kita. (Holland) (May 2013)

Lovely Left Luggage Lockers!

If your flight is from Barcelona and you want to spend the day there, here is the answer. Leave your luggage here behind Plaça Catalunya behind Cort Ingles), while you wander round the city. (Also useful to know is that there is left luggage in Sants train station.) They speak English, are very friendly and helpful and it's an extremely good location. Also cheap and no closing time during the day, so you can pick it up when you want.

Excellent Base for fantastic cycling around Girona
5 of 5 starsReviewed May 14, 2013 NEW
We are just back from a 4 night stay in Girona in this lovely apartment. It is fantastically located a short walk from the beautiful old town with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment easily fitted our group of 5 men and our bikes. It is kitted out to a very hight spec and is fantastic value. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a break in Girona which is a beautiful City and the area also provides miles and miles of beautiful cycling.

We will definitely be back.

Cyclists' review for Gironalet apartment

Hi Liza
Thanks a million for the apartment over the long weekend. We all had a fantastic time. It’s a beautiful part of the world and the cycling was fantastic.
Just to let you know the rides we did if you want to include them on your website

Day 1: Girona/Sant Marti Vell/ Madremanya/El Angles and back into Girona. I think it was about 30 miles and a nice warm up day.
Day 2: Girona/Tossa de Mar/El Angles and back into Girona. I think this was about 60 miles and a really nice ride.
Day 3: Girona/Banyoles/Olot and back on a different loop. Aabout 75 miles in total
Day 4: Girona/Banyoles/ Rococorba climb and back to Girona. Lovely ride up the Rocacorba but long and tough. About 40 miles
Day 5: Girona/El Angles/Madremanya/Sant Sadurni de l’Heura/Cass de la Selva/Quart/El Angles and Girona. About 50 miles with plenty of beautiful hills. The road GI 664 was particularly beautiful.

I put a review up on Holiday Lettings and I am sure we will back in Girona in the future. (UK) (May 2013)
